Glossary:

“Parent” : Refers to owner of pet
“Host” : Refers to Precious Paws Pet House
“Client” : Refers to the pet or pets own by Parent (where applicable)
“Pet Boarders” : Refers to dogs, cats and rabbits other than Parent’s own dog/dogs within the Host’s facility
“All Fees” : Refers to boarding fees, daycare fees, veterinary fees, grooming fees and/or any fees related to Client’s stay at Host’s facility

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR DOGS:
  1. First come, first served policy, by Whatsapp confirmation or email confirmation to Parent. Dog boarding privilege will be given to Client via Whatapp invitation ONLY.
  2. Vaccination is compulsory. All Clients must be fully and up-to-date vaccinated.  If below three (3) months of age, Host will consider the circumstances if Client is suitable for boarding with Host.
  3. We recommend that Client should be spayed. However, Host will not be held responsible for any unwanted pregnancies of female Client.  Please remember that Host allows free roaming of Clients during the opening hours. Host cannot promise a 100% supervision of Client.
  4. Client that is having flea or tick or lice infestations are strictly not allowed, with no exceptions.
  5. Client must be in clean condition and will be carefully check upon arrival and before acceptance for a stay. If Client has any sign of fleas or ticks or lice, will be rejected as to protect the rest of the other Pet Boarders and/or other pets in the premises.
  6. Host recommends that Parent has done the necessary tick/flea prevention. Other anti-tick options such as tick collar are advisable during stay.
  7. Any Client found to have flea/tick/lice will be disallowed immediately. Host has strict policies and never compromise the safety of Pet Boarders.
  8. Deworming and heartworm prevention are recommended, and Host will not be liable of any health issues relating to this.
  9. All fees due will be paid in Cash/Debit Card/Credit Card during the check out date.
  10. Parent are required to contact the Host in advance for any overstays or late pick-ups.
  11. Boarding fees are fixed and agreed upon regardless of check in or check out times.
  12. In cases where Parent is unreachable by the contact number provided or did not pick-up the Client after 3 days from agreed date, the Client will be deemed as abandoned. Therefore, the Parent loses the ownership and rights to the Client and Host reserve the rights to take any action on the Client without hesitation and case will be reported to Police and Jabatan Veterinary in accordance with Animal Welfare Act 2015.
  13. Parent must provide correct information about the Client’s skin and health conditions upon registration.  If Parent is unsure, Host has the right to seek opinion from nearest vet and any charges occurred from this event will be bore by Parent.
  14. Sick/injuries/elderly/underage Client may expose underlying health problems that Host shall not be held liable for and is entirely at Parent’s risk.
  15. Parent must inform us on the Client’s possible behaviour before the acceptance to stay in, as for Host to accommodate to Client’s needs and prevent unwanted risk to other Pet Boarders. Aggressive dogs are not allowed. If Parent confirms that the Client is non-aggressive but found to be untrue, Host has the right to disallowed the Client for free-roaming during daytime.
  16. If Client behaviour becomes uncontrollable, destructive or unreasonable, Parent agrees that the Client will be placed in a dog boarding kennel/cage until end of the stay and any damages or medical fees incurred by Host will be payable by Parent upon check out.  In addition, Parent agrees to pay the cost of any damage caused by Client to other Pet Boarders.
  17. As Host has a policy for free-roaming during opening hours, fights between Client and other Pet Boarders may occur.  Strict precautions are taken to prevent injuries or emergencies. Host has a panel vet on standby. If needed, Client will be sent to the panel vet. Host will keep the Parent (or the emergency contact person, if any) updated on the Client’s health and status. Parent shall discuss with the vet and decision making shall be made by Parent. All bills or charges involved shall be borne by the Parent.
  18. All Clients using the Host’s facility will be at the Parent’s risk. Host shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising through illness or unexpected health problem/reported case or accidents happen on Clients in any circumstances.
  19. Photos/images taken of Clients during the board/stay will be the property of Host and may be shared on our website and social media sites. Should Parent do not wish for Client’s photos to be shared, please let Host know during registration/check in. No details of Client will be given out, the security of Client is our priority.
  20. Host reserves the right to refuse, reject, cancel or stop the service to anyone at any time
  21. Host reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice
  22. All Parent shall be in agreement to Terms and Conditions once they have chosen at their freewill to check-in their dogs at Host’s facility.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CATS & OTHER SMALL ANIMALS:

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PET GROOMING:
  1. Only available for dogs of any breed below 10kg.
  2. Pet must not be aggressive in nature.
  3. Pet groomer has the right to reject if found unsuitable for grooming.
  4. First come, first served policy, by Whatsapp confirmation or email confirmation by Parent.
  5. Any Client found to have flea/tick/lice will be disallowed immediately, with no exceptions.
  6. Parent is responsible to inform Host of any skin irritations or allergies upon registration.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PET TAXI:
  1. Subject to availability and appointment is required.
  2. Only available for dogs of any breed below 10kg and cats of any sizes.
  3. Pet must not be aggressive in nature.
  4. Host / Pet groomer has the right to reject if found unsuitable for grooming or boarding.
  5. Only available to and fro Precious Paws Pet House and not to other locations (e.g. vet clinic).
  6. Any Client found to have flea/tick/lice will be disallowed immediately, with no exceptions.
  7. Pet taxi charges are as follows:
    a) Within Bandar Puteri Klang – RM5 per trip
    b) Within 10km (based on Google Maps) – RM10 per trip
    c) Within 15 km (based on Google Maps) – RM20 per trip
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PRECIOUS PAWS GIVEAWAY:
  1. Refers to any offers or giveaways posted on Facebook and Instagram pages owned by Precious Paws Pet House.
  2. All offers or giveaways must be redeem at Precious Paws Pet House.
  3. Only customers that purchase our services at our usual rates will be applicable for offers & giveaways.
  4. Additional terms & conditions may be posted together with the offers or giveaways and must be abide with.
